Cannot create gallery / upload images

  • Hello,

    I know this issue has been reported in a few times but as I haven’t found any helpful answer in any of the related topics, I am opening a new one.

    I have installed NextGen Gallery to my wordpress site in order to launch a photo contest. However, I am unable to add a new gallery. When trying to upload images, I get message “upload complete, 0 images were uploaded”. I had used NextGen gallery before (different website) and was happy with it. Wonder why it doesn’t work this time.

    I have tried everything from your article https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/known-uploading-errors/
    I have tried with different web browsers (IE, Google Chrome and Firefox).
    Nothing worked.

    I am supposed to launch the contest shortly. Are you able to provide urgent help by any chance?

    WordPress version 3.9
    NextGen gallery version 2.0.61
