Cannot create folders

  • I have been using FileBird Pro a year now, and i wanted to try Catfolders.

    But i have encountered that i cannot create folders!

    I do create a folder. I assign a name to it. I save a couple of pictures inside. Then i hit refresh and the folder is gone and the images are in Uncategorized folder.

    I am willing to help to change fix this issue.

    Done, hope they can help me.

    In the meantime i’ll switch to another plugin.

    Try to check the browser console log, maybe it contains warnings or errors. Also check the MySQL tables “wp_catfolders” and “wp_catfolders_posts”. Are they exists? Do they have data? It looks like the data just isn’t being written to MySQL tables for some reason, so after the page refresh you don’t see anything.

    They contacted my in private, and fixed the bug. So now should be patched ??
