Cannot Create Folder

  • WordPress-windows server 2003

    I cannot upload any media – I get the following message

    Unable to create directory D:\home\Default\www.mmysite.com\htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2009/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    The parent directory definitely is writeable. Anyone any ideas
