    Issue description:

    Hello,

I am using the free version of Amelia, and I have a problem. I can create services without any issues, but I cannot create events. When I try to save an event, the button does nothing, and the browser console shows a 403 error.

I have tried the following without success:

    1. File permissions for admin-ajax.php: Set to 644.
    2. Checked firewall and mod_security, no apparent blocks.
    3. Reset WordPress permalinks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated., thanks!

    Hello,

Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?

If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

No, there is no customer or employee with the same email as the admin user I was logged in with when the error occurred. The issue persists despite this not being the cause.

Please let me know if there are any other potential solutions or troubleshooting steps I can try.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for the clarification.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a screen recording of the entire process leading up to the error? Additionally, if possible, open the browser’s console (F12 or right-click > Inspect > Console tab) and check for any error messages. If there are errors, please share a screenshot or copy the details.

This will help us identify the cause and suggest the best solution.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

I have attached the requested recordings showing the issue. When clicking the “Save” button with all the correct data, nothing happens, and an error appears in the browser console. I have also included a screenshot of the console with the error details.

Please let me know if you need any further information to help diagnose the issue.

    Best regards,
