cannot create email user id for post via email

  • Hi,

    I need some help.

    I am using WP ver 2.6.
    this version requires that the id for the post via email
    includes case sensitive aphpa numeric combination.

    I cannot find a email server that accepts this type of user id.

    I have setup these in previous version of WP, but now I can no longer setup this.

    Can someone advsie how to solve this?
