Cannot create Bulk Labels, receive HTML file

  • Hi,

    since 2-3 weeks we have an issue creating labels from the order overview.

    First time of the Day we create Labels in bulk, it seems to work and create a PDF file, as usual.

    But when doing the same again, it creates a .html file which only consists of “mess” (nothing readable).

    Is this a known issue?

    Are you doing it twice then with the same orders? Can you provide further details of the steps you are taking so I can try to recreate this issue?

    Also, please confirm the version of the plugin and WooCommerce.

    @ud_daniel: I had the same issue. Turned out my caching plugin (WP Rocket) was the reason. I added this path in “advanced” in WP Rocket “/dhl_download_label/(.*)” not to be cached. No problems since then. Probably it’s similar in your case?
    BTW: if you rename the html file to pdf: can you open it as a real pdf then?
