Also, can you confirm that the products in the category:

• have stock
• are not virtual
• are published

Do you mean this issue is also happening to other 2 of your sites? Were those sites migrated from Polylang to WPML as well?

Apart from the product sets, are products syncing just fine?

Based on what you describe too, especially with the issue also occurring on your clients’ sites, it looks like an issue from the migration. Could you also please reach out to WPML support in case they’re aware of similar issues from their other users?

Hello, it seems that new products created after the migration can be added to product sets put not the old ones, i tried updating each of the old products put didn’t work and i don’t want to duplicate them not to lose ids but i think it will be fixed in time when we add new products and remove the old ones
