@ir240474 Sorry to hear you’re also having issues logging in. Upon checking your account, it looks like the sign-up flow did not fully complete. No worries though! The best way to fix this issue is by unlinking and resetting your Creative Mail account. You can find the instructions on how to unlink your account by following the steps in the following article: https://app.creativemail.com/kb/help/article/unlinking-your-creative-mail-account-within-wordpress
You’ll then be creating a new account and completing the sign-up flow.
If this still doesn’t work, I’d recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the Creative Mail Plugin.
