Cannot create a new Quiz

    Hi,

    I am trying to create a quiz. I have entered title, featured image and description, but when trying to proceed to the ‘questions’ tab I only get an empty page with no content at all. I have already tried to open the page in a differetn browser, but it doesnt help.

    Already the ‘description’ filed looks different to the ‘documentation’. Its just a box in browser with no edditing buttons.

    hope you’re doing well today! ??

    I just tried to replicate in a testing site of mine using a default theme and no other plugin and couldn’t replicate this.
    It seems like some kind of conflict with another plugin or theme. Could you please proceed with a conflict test? First, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.
    Then deactivate all plugins and MU-plugins apart from Forminator, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen, clear all caches and check again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination.     If this is a live website with traffic, I’d rather advise to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database, and perform the test in there instead without worrying about the live site.

    Hi, Dimitris!

    Yes, this is a live website. We found out, that the plugin in conflict with ‘Forminator Contact Form, Polls & Quiz Builder’ is ‘Advanced Access Manager’. We have to use Advanced Access Manager!
    Would you please advise, how we could prevent this conflict.

    I tried to replicate this using:
    – Advanced Access Manager v.5.9.7
    – Forminator v.1.7.0.1
    – TwentySeventeen theme v.2.2
    but I wasn’t able to, as I could create a new Quiz without any issue.

    I think you consider creating a staging site so you can perform a full conflict test in order to get this right. ??
