“Cannot create a new order on PayPal.”

    This error is suddenly coming up on any form when someone clicks any of the PayPal buttons. It was working fine a few days ago and I haven’t made any configuration changes since then. I did make a new form, which was in sandbox mode before being switched to live, but I didn’t change anything outside that form. When I tested the new form I discovered the problem. I checked our other forms and the same error is now coming up on stuff that had been working for months before this. Help!

    Hi @heatherby,

    Seems like the form is in live mode, just to be sure are you getting the same error in both Live and Sandbox mode?

    Possible to share the form export so that we could have a better idea regarding the issues noticed and see what could be suggested further?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    The problem seems to have fixed itself. Some PayPal blip, maybe. Forms are all working now, thanks!
