• Hi,

I am looking for help to create my shipping labels directly from the API. Just so you know, our website is free shipping for every order, so the sendle API is installed but not really “active” as no calculations are needed. However, once the ordered has been done processed by the user, I would need a quick way, from the API to create the shipping label.

When I go to the order page on woocommerce, I have the Sendle shipment option>create shipment. If I click on it, I get an empty table, where the only field filled is “order ID”. What am I doing wrong?

    Many thanks for your help

    Hi,
Could you please share your wp-admin access in “[email protected]” so that we can investigate.

    Thanks

    Hi,
You have to set “free shipping” in “Post to Sendle API for the selected shipping method ” in wp-admin-> woocommerce-> sendle setting like the following screenshot.

    https://sendlewoocom.jooviidemo.com/screen/sendle-secrren-5may2020-1.png

Then the plugin will post the order automatically to sendle for “free shipping” orders when an order is submitted in the fronentend or you can create shipment in admin.

After that a print label link will be available in the admin.

    Thanks

When an order is submitted to sendle from our plugin then the print label link will be available in the admin->order like the following screenshot.

Many thanks for your answer. The issue I have with issue Sendle (even on “free”) is that on the checkout page, it first shows “Enter your adress to view shipping options”. As it is free for all, I would like it to show “free” for the shipping checkout even before the customer enter their address. A lot of customers browse the full checkout page before entering their address, and I want to make it clear to them that shipping is free

Is it something it could do?

Actually this is not related to our plugin issue.
    This is a woocommerce settings.
    Please set the following
    Goto admin->woocommerce setting-> general tab ->
set Default customer location = “Shop base address”
It will set the default customer address country to AU and state to store state and show the shipping rates according to that.

    Like this screenshot

I have done it but it does not change anything. Even worse, when I enter an address, it shows a cost for Sendle, which is supposed to be free (although sendle has been set in “free shipping” in “Post to Sendle API for the selected shipping method”.
One last thing, not sure if it makes a difference, but we are based in the US, not Australia.

Many thanks for all your help

There is an option in our plugin setting to hide sendle from frontend.
Please disable “Show the rates in frontend” and remove sendle shipping from shipping zone.
Then the sendle shipping will not show in the checkout.

    Thanks

I just did all that, but I still can’t create label from Woocommerce order panel directly.

Under Sendle shipment option, it shows me: Sendle Order Status: yet to post
    No option available

    Anything else I should do?

Or please update the plugin to the new release 3.2.4

    Thanks
