Cannot create a folder named photos

  • Hello,

    I try to create a folder named photos, but I get get the message that the folder already exists.
    However, I cannot see such a folder.

    What should I do ?

    If there are folders in the media library that are not shown, periodically, the plugin will scan for new folders. You can also force it to scan for new folders by clicking the third icon from the left, the one with two arrows in the form of a circle, the refresh folders icon.

    If the photos folder is not displayed. Log into your site’s control panel and using your file manager or an FTP program, view the folders under wp-content/uploads. If you find a ‘photos’ folder, delete it and then recreate it using Media Library Folders.
