Cannot creat new chart

    HEllo, I have just installed the Visualize plugin. below the step for publishing my first chart.

    Media => Visualizer library => add new => Line Chart => Select data from computer line.csv well upload the chart appear => Create Chart => Error 503. Service Unavailable, The server is temporarily unavailable. Please check back shortly. If this problem persists, please contact our Technical Support department.

    Can you help me? thanks
