Cannot contact support on woocommerce.com

    Hi all

    I’m trying to get some pre-sales help on a plugin before I purchase it.
    “Gravity Forms Product Add-ons”.

    When I login to woocommerce.com and then go to the Support tab in my account, it just says verify my email. It is verified ??

    How can I get in touch to get an answer to my question, please?

    Can you let me know your WordPress.com username? It may be different from your www.remarpro.com account username. In any case, I can track down the account and confirm that it is verified so you can contact us directly.

    I need to know if this plugin can do a UK Postcode lookup and then calculate a price for a product?

    Hi @wordpressforumhelp. You can contact WordPress.com at this link to verify your account. Once you email us from the address on the account, we will be able to verify it for you.

    If you’re looking for live rates when a user is purchasing a product, you can use https://woocommerce.com/products/royal-mail/. Gravity Forms Product Add-ons does not have a connection to the the Royal Mail API to calculate shipping costs.
