Cannot Connect to WP.com

    Hi,

    We have this site that has a hard time connecting with WP.com thus we cannot activate JetPack.

    The error is as follows:

    register_http_request_failed
0: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known.

    Additional information: We tried making a copy of the site in a subfolder and replicated the database using a different prefix. With that site, everything works properly.

    For those who encountered similar troubles, we hope you can help us straighten this problem of ours.

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
