Cannot connect to www.remarpro.com Theme Library

I have a website but am unable to connect to www.remarpro.com theme library from the Administration dashboard when attempting to add new themes.

It is blank when I click “Add New Theme” and only shows headers. (newest, Popular, etc.) Also within the admin panel, it does not show Theme Details when I click on a theme’s icon, and thus cannot remove themes.

It was working until recently. I’ve tried reinstalling but it does no good. It worked for a few minutes, and then stopped.

I have tried it on two computers and with different browsers. Same on all of them.
