cannot connect to website at all

Hello, just wondering if anybody might know why my website loses connection off and on. My site is https://simplythreemusic.com

Sometimes it will work, but then sometimes it suddenly seems to shut off and stop working. And it seems random.

Google Chrome says, “Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to simplythreemusic.com,” Internet Explorer says, “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage,” and Mozilla says, “Unable to connect, Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at simplythreemusic.com.”

I swear, in about an hour it will suddenly be back online. But it keeps happening over and over again, every single day. Nothing seems wrong with my server, freehostia; I can login and see my database and files no problem. But obviously something is wrong.
