    Looks like this plugin is a dud and nobody answers posts. like the other posters, I also cannot link my Deluxe WP plugin to my VR account. No caps, no strange characters, no numbers in username or password and, yes, I can remember my password and the cpas lock is not on. There is clearly a problem, which needs to be fixed,

    Based on the information provided in the email, it looks like you have been using our older planform i.e. VerticalResponse Classic however the WordPress plugin was developed for the newer/advanced version of VerticalResponse platform. If you are planning on getting benefited from Deluxe Marketing Suite WordPress plugin you may have to migrate your account to the advanced version of VerticalResponse platform.
