    Before 1 week I have successfully connect Social Booster with FB LIVE API and I had successfully shared some posts. Today I logged in wp-admin and in Social Booster networks says that the network is not connected (X), so I deleted to try again to connect it. But when I fill in the data and I press SAVE the facebook popup opens with an error
    “Invalid Scopes: manage_pages, publish_pages, publish_to_groups. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions”
    and is not allow me to complete.
    Any ideas?

    I have done the update, then I successfully add Facebook Page as Social Booster Network, but after 2 days(today) I found out that the network at the connected column/field it says X.
    I deleted again this network and I tried to add again in Social Booster my FB Page..again I take this message “Invalid Scopes: pages_manage_ads, pages_manage_metadata, pages_read_engagement, pages_read_user_content, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement, publish_to_groups.     Hi, actually Facebook is changing it’s API instructions again.

    Just for a test, if you don’t mind, remove the current plugin and install the following: https://jmp.sh/4a1BPaZ

    This is an older version of the plugin. Please try it out and let us know what happens.

    I face this message when I try to connect with facebook

    And when I click Ok in the popup, the circle next to the SAVE button turns around non-stop. Am I doing something wrong?

    Okay, based on this article Blog from june 1, Facebook should update all off their old permissions to new permission type. If you are using our latest plugin and you facebook app is updated to new api than please clear cache and run the auth again. If the permissions are denied than your facebook app api permissions are not updated yet. Download the older version of our plugin install it. First of all clear cache and run the auth. Let me know what errors are showing there if it is still not working. Don’t forget to clear cache when you are changing plugin version.

    I have tested with the last 3 versions of Social Booster, but nothing. In every plugin activation I did clear cache with W3 Total Plugin and control+F5 from my computer. Anything! Can we da a teamviewer to solve the problem? Thanks

    Hi, unfortunately, we cannot take remote access due to security reasons.

    But we did update our plugin to match Facebook’s API change and tested it on our servers.

    What you can do is, go to the APP settings, take screenshots of the settings, and send it to us via email. This will result in a faster solution.

    Or, alternatively, you can try creating a new APP.
