Cannot Connect to Facebook

I have tried to connect to FB from my website by using Graph API. It seems ok, and Facebook Business shows the integration, however no posts are going to the Facebook page.

I then tried to use the Mobile API, but after entering the information and when I tried to generate the access token, I get the error:

I have tried again an hour later. How long will I be locked out?
