    Hi,

    I have a running woocommerce store connected to my iPhone without any issues. I now have a nearly identical website (in terms of configuration) that I can’t seem to get connected. (it’s multisite, so “/vaco” is relevant)

    I have run the Debut Tool, which did not show any errors.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Error message: “Unable to successfully connect to [store name]”

    In the app log I did see a message stating “An error occurred while fetching API info for siteID [id]: Optional(Dotcom Error: [no_response_body] Server could not read response.)

    Not sure if that helps?

    some more detils:
    – disabling plugins does not help
    – whitelisting jetpack ips done

    If you have any caching enabled, either within your site or at the server level, then please purge and disable that, to see if it makes a difference.

    Unfortunately I have tried numerous things, Including disabling caching. Without any luck.
