Hello, I have everything OK (pasted below), but I receive the red warning saying the plugin could not connect.

How can I debug where the problem is? I do not see any kind of error msg in WordPress.

I would like to see logs or a clue about what is failing when trying to connect my shop (server response error or plugin error).

I can debug it myself if you tell me what part of the code should I look.

    Thanks!

  • Hey @genweb,

Thank you for reporting this issue!

    1. Could you please confirm that you have gone through the exact step by step in the connection process as shown in these tutorials: Printful + Woocommerce?

    2. If the above is correct, try turning debug.log then access project_root/wp-content/debug.log and see if there are any errors there. Find more info on this Woocommerce support page here.

Please let us know if the error still persists at [email protected]!

    Hello!

    1. Yes, I confirm it.

    2. I did it again and still nothing, there are no errors after using the “connect” button under “Connect to Printful” section.

I also tried all PHP versions from 7.0 to 7.4, same results.

I think you are missing a message in WordPress when the site is not able to connect to printful.

I would only need to locate the PHP code linked to that button (initial connection) so I can debug it myself.

If your server cannot communicate with my server, there must be an error message somewhere.

    Thanks!
