    The currency KWD currently associated with your website isn’t supported on Facebook. Contact WooCommerce Integration for support.

    Kuwaiti Dinar is not yet listed as one of the supported currencies by Facebook.

    If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterwards.

    Facebook for WooCommerce provides a set of tools to help with some of the most common troubleshooting tasks such as Facebook: Reset connection settings that will clear your Facebook settings to reset them, allowing you to rebuild your connection.

    To enable these tools, you will need to enable Debug mode by navigating to Facebook plugin settings in wp-admin? Marketing > Facebook?and stay on the Connection tab, then scroll to the bottom to the?Debug?section.

    Once you’ve confirmed Debug mode is enabled, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools:

    Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied

    This should be solved once you’ve reconnected your Facebook account. Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
