Cannot connect Instagram page

    Hi guys,
    i counted in a big issue when i tried to connect my website with Facebook trough your plugin.
    When the system ask me to connect an Instagram page, it tells me that the resource is “not eligible” telling me that i have to be admin of the Facebook Page connected to that Instagram account. But i am an administrator of the full BM, and i have all the permissions. I talked with FB team, and they told me that is an issue related to your plugin, and i have to talk with you about this issue.
    Can you help me?

    Hey @deny21,

    Can you please share screenshots of the error you’re receiving? Have you tried logging out of Facebook and logging back in to make sure you’re in the correct account by any chance? Have you tried in another browser, perhaps?

    Can you share screenshots of your FB account where it shows you’re the admin, too?

    Hey @deny21, thanks for the quick reply!

    Apologies, at the moment Instagram shopping support is not available with this plugin. You can use?Instagram Shopping?extension if you need users to checkout from Instagram. With this extension, merchants can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account and then sync the products to the Facebook catalog. This catalog can be shared between Facebook and Instagram.

    You can also check for other integrations options in the plugin repository for free options.

    I don’t need users to checkout from Instagram, and i don’t need a shop. But i need that Facebook pixel tracks users actions on Instagram!
    So i have to skip this section? My pixel will track actions from my Instagram page?

    Thanks for the addition details! You can set up your Meta Pixel with our plugin! It is my understanding that it’ll track both IG and FB. Please continue with your set up skipping let us know if this isn’t the case, and we can evaluate further steps!

    Additionally, to learn if your Pixel is properly set up you can use the?Pixel Helper?Chrome extension provided by Facebook which will allow you to verify that your pixel has been properly installed and works as expected.?Learn more about the extension here?and?download it here.
