  • I have exactly the same issue.
    After first install, got white-screened.
    Upped memory to 256, reinstalled JP.
    Now am getting that error.
    Am still trouble shooting and will post back here if I figure it out.

    It looks like I resolved it, purely by trial and error.
    After the PHP memory change, I did a manual install. Still got the error. Then, all I did was deactivate and reactivate, and was then able to connect to WP.

    Basically, that’s being caused by a database value that isn’t supposed to be there. If you delete Jetpack via Plugins->Installed Plugins (it’ll delete the value on delete) and reinstall it, you should be all good to go.
