Cannot connect facebook for woocommerce to my FB

First, please make sure to disconnect the Facebook connection, you can follow these instructions below:
https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/

Then you can try to connect Facebook for WooCommerce again.

If that does not help, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, it is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Yes I had already taken the steps outlined in that link before I messaged this thread. I have even messaged fb – they said that i needed to log out of all of my devices & log back in. that didnt work either. but here is the Copy of my system status
