"cannot connect" error after installing ExtraWatch

Hi,

the problem is in your webhosting settings, I suppose that you have any free program.

Send this message to your webhosting provider and ask him for resolve this issue:
“mysql_connect(): User xxx already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections”

-it means your website is not optimized to makes too many connections to the database

This issue is depending only on how much is your web hosting good
