    Hello,

    When endeavoring to conduct scans I receive the below message.

    Scan terminated with error: We received an error response when trying to contact the Wordfence scanning servers. The HTTP status code was [0]

    I ran the connectivity tester. The results are as follows. What do I do now?

  • Hi,

    You’ll need to open a support ticket with your hosting provider and let them know your site cannot connect to noc1.wordfence.com on port 80 and port 443. They may have to allow your server to connect through a firewall or configure a proxy to allow this connection.
