    Hi @fabceramic,

Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble! The error message indicates an issue related to your Brevo account, and the error itself was returned by the Brevo mail provider.

When you get a chance, please log into your Brevo account and try whitelisting your sites IPs (the IP address of the site where it’s hosted) and see if that resolves your issue.

    • To find your site IP(s), please use this tool and enter your domain name.
    • Then, go to Brevo security settings section (see link).
    • Add your site’s IP(s) to the “Authorize new IP address” section (see).

Once you complete the above steps, try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) from your WordPress site. Please note, that the changes may not take effect immediately. Sometimes, you may have to wait an hour or so for them to be reflected.

In case the above solution did not work for you, please get in touch with Brevo support with the full error log, and they should be able to assist you further.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
