    Hi there,

    We have installed the plugin but we are receiving the following error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Mautic\Exception\IncorrectParametersReturnedException’ with message ‘Incorrect access token parameters returned: ???’ in /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/lib/Auth/OAuth.php:505 Stack trace: #0 /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/lib/Auth/OAuth.php(408): Mautic\Auth\OAuth->requestToken() #1 /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/wp-mautic-form-integrator.php(368): Mautic\Auth\OAuth->validateAccessToken() #2 /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/wp-mautic-form-integrator.php(462): haw_mautic_integration_get_forms_from_server(‘haw-mautic-inte…’) #3 [internal function]: haw_mautic_integration_add_new(”) #4 /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(525): call_user_func_array(‘haw_mautic_inte…’, Array) #5 /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(236): do_action(‘wp-mautic-form-…’) #6 {main} thrown in /home/truedoor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/lib/Auth/OAuth.php on line 505

    We are use the cloud version of Mautic, we created the required OAuth 1 keys and then placed them in the plugin together with our base URL (https://truedoors.mautic.net/).

    Can you help us solve this issue please? We are not sure why it is not completing.

    Regards,
    Karl

    Hey there,
    The plugin works with the cloud version of the Mautic as well and we confirmed by using it on our own server. There must be some configuration issue or there may be some other conflicting plugin which is causing this issue.

    Two things, please make sure you followed the instruction given here https://plugins.hireawiz.com/mautic/1.0/#Configuration and then try deactivating other plugins and see if that works for you.

    Hi there,

    I have a similar problem. When’m I’m trying to “add new” I get with OAuth1:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Mautic\Exception\IncorrectParametersReturnedException’ with message ‘Incorrect access token parameters returned: Array’ in /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/lib/Auth/OAuth.php:505 Stack trace: #0 /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/lib/Auth/OAuth.php(408): Mautic\Auth\OAuth->requestToken() #1 /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/wp-mautic-form-integrator.php(379): Mautic\Auth\OAuth->validateAccessToken() #2 /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/wp-mautic-form-integrator.php(473): haw_mautic_integration_get_forms_from_server(‘haw-mautic-inte…’) #3 [internal function]: haw_mautic_integration_add_new(”) #4 /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(524): call_user_func_array(‘haw_mautic_inte…’, Array) #5 /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(222): do_action(‘wp-mautic-form-…’) #6 {main} thrown in /home/dataphar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mautic-form-integrator/lib/Auth/OAuth.php on line 505

    With OAuth2 I get a 403 error.

    I would really appreciate your help.
    Thanks
    Raz
