cannot configure “Get Recent Comments”

…when I try to configure the plugin (Options>Recent Comments), every time I try to change something and I hit “Update Recent Comments Options”, I get sent back to the dashboard, and the settings are not saved. The plugin works, but only with the default settings.

I’ve an address with a tilde in it, if this helps.
