Cannot completely un-install W3 TC

Hi, I need to uninstall W3TC because although it certainly speeds up the site no end, it conflicts with a couple of things ( font and contact form).

I have deleted the plugin but cannot install any alternative caching plugin presumably because there is still some W3TC files installed which I cannot get delete for some reason.

And the files that I can still see when I go into file manager are

escapedtoperu.com / httpdocs / wp-content / w3tc-config

I assume the w3tc-config is the problem

if I try to remove I get the following message

This is the message I get on the wordpress dashboard when I try to activate another plugin

1. If it already exists please delete the file first.
2. Make /var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com/httpdocs/wp-content writable using the chmod command through your ftp or server software. (chmod 777 /var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com/httpdocs/wp-content) and refresh this page. This is only a temporary measure and you’ll have to make it read only afterwards again. (Change 777 to 755 in the previous command)
3. Refresh this page to update /var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com/httpdocs/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
If that doesn’t work, make sure the file /var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com/httpdocs/wp-content/advanced-cache.php doesn’t exist:
1. Open /var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/advanced-cache.php$wp_cache_file in a text editor.
2. Change the text CACHEHOME to PATH/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/
3. Save the file and copy it to /var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com/httpdocs/wp-content/advanced-cache.php and refresh this page.
Cannot continue… fix previous problems and retry.

Error: Unable to remove file //httpdocs/wp-content/w3tc-config//var/www/vhosts/escapedtoperu.com//httpdocs/wp-content/w3tc-config/index.html: filemng: Error occurred during /bin/rm command.
