Cannot complete the invoice/payment in woocommerce product

    Hi! i’ve been using the woocommerce plugin for months now, but now I experience the error, I cannot proceed with the thank you page of the site it has blank error with a console error of POST https://mysite.com/?wc-ajax=checkout 500, that link has {“result”:”failure”,”messages”:””,”refresh”:true,”reload”:true}.

    on the woocommerce log it has this error:
    CRITICAL require(): Failed opening required ‘/mnt/data/home/343116.cloudwaysapps.com/qchzjmfdpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoice/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /mnt/data/home/343116.cloudwaysapps.com/qchzjmfdpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoice/woopdf.class.php on line 887

    the user is saved to the user list but not having a successful payment of the product. please I need an immediate (if possible) answer for this.

    Doesn’t seem an error from our plugin, i think you posted this on the wrong plugin forums.

    Hi @alexmigf!

    I don’t know why but when I deactivated your plugin, the payment process succeeded. the error got away. still thinking what is the main problem.

    It’s not our plugin, see the textdomain: woocommerce-pdf-invoice

    Also we don’t use the tcpdf library.

    Maybe it’s this one?
