    Hi all,

I installed WF and tried to connect the site to my WF Central account. However, from WF Central, I go to complete the setup from “Connection Issues”, it takes me to the site’s WP Admin, and it’s blank.

Usually, it goes through a multi-step process in a few seconds and the connection is complete.

I do want to point out that this site is a copy of another, which is connected to WF Central so maybe it thinks it’s the other site. I have tried reinstalling the WF plugin and adding the site again from WF Central but no dice.

Also, WF can scan the site with no issues.

    Any help is appreciated. TIA.

Hi @pmycroft, thanks for reaching out.

If this is still an issue, can you please send a diagnostic report from the site that shows the blank page on connection?

You can send it to wftest @ wordfence . com, finding the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

You may also need to send a separate email to the address above containing your registered email/username for Wordfence Central so that I can try to test the connection from our end. Please also include your forum username in the subject for this email so that I can easily find both messages at the same time.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hi Peter,

I fixed it by installing WF Assistant, deleting the tables, and reinstalling.

    All good. ??
