cannot comment

I have the same problem and posted it here because it is the same problem, and I gut the following email from “Yui”, who apparently deleted my comment regarding having the same problem.

He wants me to start my own topic, which would be “cannot comment”.

It seems that new comment doesn’t work, while Reply to a comment works.
