Cannot close on iphone urgent UX problem

    On smaller devices like the iphone 6 or 5, the chat pop up is too tall for the screen in safari. The close button is off the screen until you scroll.

    This is a serious UX issue and may result in customers getting annoyed and leaving the site!

    Please can you provide the correct CSS overrides so that the font sizes or padding can be adjusted to bring the total height of the popup box down?

    To clarify,

    On iphones in safari the bottom toolbar appears on page load and when you scroll it disappears making the available screen space larger.

    The app has been designed without the toolbar meaning user frustration on page load with the chat box far too big for the available space.

    Please can you help. This affects all users of this plugin – They probably just don’t know about it!

    Please keep me posted. I have customers wanting to use the plugin but I am forced to turn off guest messaging to bring the height of the chat box down.

    I have seen your response on my other post which has more info and screenshots of the bug.
