Cannot click to edit widgets

  • When we are on the WordPress page, we can’t click on the arrows that display our widget sub-areas. Two users have tried on multiple browsers across several weeks with no result, so we are unable to edit the content on our home page.

    I should note that we didn’t have this problem before upgrading to the most recent version of wordpress. We were several iterations behind.

    Also, we can’t click on the permalink button when editing webpages to change the URL, or use the Text editor anymore.
