Cannot click tabs in dashboard

Hi there, I’m having membership installed, but I found I cannot save any settings, and cannot click the sub-tabs in the setting page, like main->registration fields, if I click them, nothing happens.
I don’t know what’s causing this issue, maybe a plugin conflict? Could you help me out?
