Cannot clear old favicon

Hi,

I generated a favicon that I didn’t like. So I deleted it from the settings in ‘All in One Favicon” and started anew. When I wish to save the new, the progress bar in the browser freezes and I cannot save it. When I deleted the old one, I made sure that it doesn’t show up when I go to my website.
