Cannot Choose Inactivity on HTML Popup and OnLoad is not working

    I may know why the OnLoad is not working. It may be because of an SEO Plugin Autoptimize. But for this popup I cannot choose inactivity. It’s greyed out along with onScroll. Any ideas why this may be happening and how I can fix it?

    Ok so I didn’t have the inactivity or scroll installed so thats fixed but now I still cannot get OnLoad and/or Inactivity popup to work. It’s configured correctly and according to your site I have autoptimize setup correctly so I don’t know what’s wrong with these two functions. Please help.

    Dear @dansperfect,

    Please, make sure you have selected the pages for your popups with Display rules option.
