If there is “Only 1 left in stock!”, this order cannot be processed. At the time of checking out, immediately after adding to cart, error msg reads “This order cannot be processed because there are not enough items in stick to process this order”. Where can I reset this order threshold because out of stock threshold is currently set at 2?

Furthermore, even of I set the expiry time for items held in cart to 60 minutes, message to customers till say ” please check gain after 48hours!” and expiry time remains 48hours. How can I reset the expiry time for items held in cart?

What version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and the plugin are you using? What theme do you have? Can you provide more context to your problem? What type of product (simple, variable, etc.)?

Can you take a screenshot of the plugin settings?

    James,

    Thanks for a quick response.

    Products: both simple and variable
    Theme: Customify
    Wordpress version: 5.4
    Woocommerce version: 4.5.2
Plugin: WooCommerce Cart Stock Reducer version 3.30

I reset expiry time from 48 to 8 hrs (see screenshot attached).

And I still can’t invoice when there’s “Only 1 left in stock!”

    Please help if you can.

    I don’t see a screenshot attached.

Sorry, can’t quite see how to do it

There is nowhere on this site to attach a screenshot; the site does not even accept pasting in. If you have email, I cam mail it to you.

And here’s something else. This plugin appears to override (or block out) other WooCommerce functions, such as shipping rates such that the final order has no shipping costs

Most people use external hosting and post a link, but you can email them to me <[email protected]>

I’ve never seen this affect shipping rates or anything other than stock/inventory. Do you have other WooCommerce related plugins that are installed and conflicting with something?

You are right, there is plugin conflict. The problem plugin is WooCommerce Checkout Manager. Plugin Cart Stock Reducer works perfectly fine whether Checkout Manager is active or not.

But shipping costs don’t show when I activate Checkout Manager, and they are restored when I deactivate it. So, I am convinced that is the source of the problem
