Cannot change wpcomstaging.com to desire domain

  • Hello, I cannot change my website from wpcomstaging.com to my desired domain. The developers working on the site told me to reach out to the support team. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me do this as we are very late on publishing the site. Thank you!

    That “support team” would be at WordPress.COM, the organization you’re paying to host your website… not www.remarpro.com where you are now.

    Contact your hosting provider here: https://wordpress.com/support/contact/

    Note that while your new site is hosted with WordPress.COM, your domain name cookdocs.com is registered with GoDaddy. So you’re going to have to login to your domain account at GoDaddy to either POINT or TRANSFER the domain to your hosting account at WordPress.COM. Your host’s support team will guide you to do this.
