Cannot change tagline or edit in general settings

  • When ever I try to change my tagline, I get a message which says “the link appears to be broken.”

    I also cannot edit anything in general settings because I receive the same message as above after trying to “save changes.”

    I also get a

    HTTP 404 – File not found

    message, and this occurs with multiple browsers.

    Any assistance would be much appreciated.
