    Hello,
    I use wp + elementor + shopengine.

    I am inserting attributes and variations with shopengine.

    Problem: when i try to edit the widget to edit the distance, the widget just doesn’t change.

    Look the image to understand what i mean. There is no way to change it

    Anybody got a hint or a solution on how to change them? I’d simply like them not attached to the label….

    Thank you

    Alessandro

  • Hello, @alessandroa

    I can understand the issue you are having with. We haven’t included any controller yet to adjust the gap between Variation Label and Variation swatches. But thanks for letting us know about that. I’ll pitch it to the team and see what they think.

    But, this problem easily can be solved by applying CSS code.

    To solve the issue, please copy the CSS mentioned below and paste it to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.

    .shopengine-swatches .variations label {
        margin-right: 15px !important;
    }

    Feel free to change the value of the Right Margin according to your needs. I hope that will help.

    Let me know if you need any further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @alessandroa
    Hope you are doing well.

    I can understand the issue you are having with. The CSS I have sent previously can’t affect the Quantity section since the classes are different. This can happen due to conflict between the plugin. You can run a plugin conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes this issue.

    ?To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ShopEngine, WooCommerce, and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that causes the problem.

    If that doesn’t help, then it will require a closer inspection from your end. Kindly create a ticket at our support center mentioning The issues. You will find the link to our support center on the Description section of the Plugin Details page. You will receive an update on the ticket as soon as possible.

    Thank you…
    I tried all but it keeps appearing.

    I tried to create a new template for the single product page and it disappeared… Don’t know what to say.

    Thank you really much!

    Have a nice day

    Edit:

    I found what was the problem: i have duplicated the “add to cart” widget (1 for desktop and 1 for mobile, hiding the one from the other).

    Fun fact: it happens that the double double increase/decrease quantity happens!

    So i’ve removed it and now the double button is gone.

    [EDIT: it was the siteground “Postpone the JS view block: Defer blocking JavaScript files from displaying for faster initial site loading”]

    BUT… Another problem came in:
    from mobile (not desktop…) i cannot add the products with variants in the cart! It tells me to “select the product options before”. I select but it doesn’t work.

    Please try this from mobile:
    https://beautychic.shop/product/beauty-kiss-palette-6-colori-cioccolato-caffe/

    thank you

    So it’s solved… Thank you for your patience

    Hello, @alessandroa
    Hope you are doing well!

    I just have checked the product you have sent, from the mobile device, and found that only one quantity button is appearing now and also the product with variations can easily be added to the cart by selecting the available options. Everything is working perfectly now. I am glad that you’ve been able to figure out the solution on your own! ??

    Feel free to reach us regarding any queries or clarifications. We will be more than happy to assist you!
