Cannot change settings for plugin error 403

Is this a new install or is this an update and before it used to work? Also, can you please reproduce the problem and check the web server error log file, for any errors / logs that might help us understand what is happening?

Yes it is a new install, never used it before. As for the log file, I just started learning about wordpress etc, so i am not sure where to find it. Can you maybe help me find the log file you need? Also i used the plugin in more than one site and it gives me the same “403 error Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!”.

EDIT: I found this in my cPanels error which says “Latest web server error log messages”. Is this what you needed?

Indeed, these are the web server logs. However, none of them are related to the plugin. Can you do a quick test? Can you deactivate all the plugins apart from this one and confirm if you can change the settings when all the other plugins are disabled?

Ideally you should run such test on a staging / non-production website to avoid website disruptions.
