Cannot change name of sender for post notifications

  • Hi, I posted a thread about this but the respondent simply misunderstood the question and did not resolve the issue. Once again, I cannot get the FROM and REPLY TO NAME to register correctly when I send. It says the old name I was using and did not update even though I updated it in the settings at least a month ago. It appears there is some glitch. Can this please be properly resolved??? It hurts my site when the sender name is not the name of my website, which it is not.

  • Hi @regensordo,

    Are you referring to a specific newsletter?

    Have you changed the FROM and REPLY-TO email addresses in the MailPoet’s Settings > Basics tab?

    If so, you need to also change it on the final step before activating the Post Notification, by editing it and clicking on the “Next” button on the newsletter editor. Then you’ll be able to change the FROM and REPLY-TO for that particular email.
