Cannot change message on affiliate homepage

  • Hi, no matter what I enter in the “Affiliates Homepage Message” field, it doesn’t show on the page. Even if I delete everything from the field, the default message comes again on the page and I cannot show my information to the affiliates. Please help.

    Which field are you referring to?
    If you are referring to the Affiliate Area page, it can be edited the same way as any other page. Make sure you are trying to access the front-end of the page as an affiliate and in case you have a caching plugin, try to clean the page cache in case you are seeing an outdated version.
