Cannot Change MaxCDN Settings

I’ve successfully installed MaxCDN on my test server. After moving my WordPress Installation to the staging server I cannot change the MaxCDN settings to the new URL.

I can enter the new CDN URL and Origin URL and finish the setup but it doesn’t save the change. Whenever I open the settings it shows me the old CDN URL and Origin URL.

Pressing the “Remove integration” button removes the check box for MaxCDN but when I want to start the new integration the old CDN URL and Origin URL are still there.

I tried to change the URLs in the database but even that didn’t help.
I need some advice please.
