Cannot change logo

  • Hi all, i’ve imported a demo from this theme called Roxeen.

    I cannot change the logo.. i dont have the option in the customizer and when i try through the theme settings.. it doesnt work.

    Please help, very grateful!

    Your theme appears to be a commercial theme, or more accurately, it does not appear in the wp.org repository. We’re unable to support such themes here because we don’t have access to the proper resources. Additionally, the onus is upon the theme’s devs to support their own theme and to not burden our volunteers here. I recommend asking for help through your theme’s dedicated support channel.

    Since you have my attention, I’ve one random thought that might help. So there is a theme setting where you should be able to change the logo but it’s not working? It could be due to caching. Try flushing your browser’s cache and any caches that may be in place on your server.

    If it’s not a caching issue, you will need to seek help through theme support.
