Cannot change featured image

When I attempt to change the featured image in the event manager WP editor, the change will not appear on the event page. The previous image appears. I have tried both replacing it and removing and resetting it. No luck.

The change does however appear on my events listing page. https://ethicsdemystified.com/mental-health-professionals-lpc-workshops/
Notice difference in images.
